Income Tax, National Insurance and Student Loan details

As your employer we will process your payments through PAYE, and pay the right amount of tax to HMRC on your behalf.
We'll also pay you direct into your bank account.

You don't need to provide these details now but we will need them before we can pay you.

Identity documents and proof of your residential address

In order to proceed with our services, you need to provide us with proof of your identification (ID) and address. If you have recently changed your name due to marriage, we will require a copy of your marriage certificate.

In addition, if you are not a citizen of the UK, Switzerland, or an EEA country, you will also need to provide evidence of your entitlement to work in the UK.

If we require your documents to be certified, we will let you know. If you are unable to do this right now, we your relationship manager will request these before we can make payment to you.

Accepted forms of ID

Below are the forms of identification we can accept.

The document must be valid and in date; the photograph image and all wording must be clear on the copy you provide us.

Passport

We need to be able to see your photograph, personal details and signature page. We also require copies of any visa pages.

Driving Licence

We are only able to accept such documents if they are issued in the UK, Isle of Man, or Channel Islands. For driving licences issued in Northern Ireland we also require a copy of the paper counterpart. If you provide us with a Driving Licence as your identification document, we will also require evidence of your right to work in the UK.

National Identity Card

We can only accept copies of national identity cards that contain your photo. We require all parts of the identity card to be copied. If your identity card does not have machine readable data, you will need to have your document certified.

Acceptable proof of your residential address

Except for a driving licence, a proof of address document must be dated in the last six months and have been received by you in the post.

If you send us an original document, we will take a copy and return the original to you.

Bank or building society statement

This includes mortgage or home loan statements. We cannot accept business account statements or other correspondence issued. We do not accept online statements, branch printouts or account transaction lists.

Credit card statement

This must be the usual monthly statement/bill. We do not accept online statements or bills which are in default/have an overdue amount.

Utility bill (gas, electricity, water or landline telephone bills)

This must relate to the property to which the bill has been addressed. If you provide us with a landline telephone bill, we will require evidence on the bill that this is the service being provided to the property. We do not accept mobile phone bills, online bills, overdue bills or reminders.

Council tax bill

This must relate to the property to which the bill has been addressed. We do not accept overdue bills or arrears notices.

UK Government Letter

This must relate to you as an individual. We do not accept NHS letters, polling cards, reminders, or arrears notices.

Driving Licence (see section under Accepted forms of ID)

We can only accept a driving licence as proof of your address, if it has not been used as your form of ID.

Your agreement to the terms in this document is your agreement that the above facts are correct both as to your purpose and the information you have provided. We, a Client and a Hirer shall rely on these facts and shall only agree terms under which the Hirer is a client or customer of yours exercising your profession. You accept that your entitlement to a Professional Bonus, as set out in this agreement, is in consideration of your agreement that you are carrying on a profession and that the Hirer will be your client or customer.

Whereas

  • We are, amongst other things, in the business of entering into contracts to perform services and/or supply the services of professional workers to clients.
  • We wish to employ you and you wish to be employed by us on the terms set out herein.
  • This agreement comprised in this and the following pages sets out the basis of your employment with us, explains the terms upon which we are prepared to enter into Contracts, how you will be paid by us, our respective obligations and records the entire contractual obligation between you and us.

In consideration of the mutual benefits it is hereby agreed that we will employ you on the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions on the following pages, which, by signing this document, you accept and which you confirm you have read and fully understood.
